This is the first entry in our new blog, which will talk about our (mis)adventures raising honey bees in Minnesota.

We have started two new hives of Italian honey bees in our backyard, and we’d like to introduce you to a few of its inhabitants:

We will be writing about the construction and progress of the Four Horsemen Apiary. (The above frame is from hive #2–War.)
