Bees In Our Bonnets

The (mis)adventures of raising honey bees in Minnesota

About Bees In Our Bonnets

with one comment

This blog is about the (mis)adventures of the Four Horsemen Apiary, a new collections of hives started by Cindy and Mark. We have started with two hives of Italian bees bought through the great folks at Nature’s Nectar near Stillwater, Minnesota. They have been great help in our day-to-day issues.

And while we’re thanking them, we’d also like to sincerely thank the great folks at the University of Minnesota for the class they teach about how to raise honey bees in northern climes. Our apiary would not have been possible without the class’ instruction and guidance.

  1. Cindy, I think you’re the one who won my homesteading books giveaway. If so, please go to my post and leave a comment with your mailing address. You comment will not be posted. Also, if you wouldn’t mind please leave an email address which I can use to contact you. I have a question to ask you.

    Thanks!
